Molly has an impressive depth of knowledge about the real estate market and the home buying process. As a first time homebuyer, I had so many questions I didn’t even know how to ask them. Heather and team are amazing! I had basically given up looking given everything happening in the market. I talked to Heather and she was able to find multiple properties in my budget and even took the extra step to ensure they would all meet stringent Florida homeowners insurance requirements.

We closed in 27 days and that included having seller concessions executed during that time as well.
